Kevin Monaghan

Enrollment Coordinator, Palmer Theological Seminary and College

Kevin was born and raised in Lancaster County in Pennsylvania and moved to the Philadelphia area to attend Eastern University where he earned his undergraduate degree in music. He married his college sweetheart, Jenn, the daughter of a Baptist pastor who attended Eastern Baptist Theological Seminary (which would later become Palmer Theological Seminary and College). Since then, Kevin has served in various ministry roles including teaching music in a Christian school and establishing the children’s ministry for a church plant in Conshohocken, PA. He and his wife continue to be active in their church by leading a small group in their home and serving on the children’s ministry, hospitality, greeting, and prayer teams. One of his proudest accomplishments was the debut of his original musical Broken which offers audiences musical perspectives of different people affected by divorce. Kevin has a heart for hearing people’s stories and seeing where the Lord is at work in their lives. He considers it a great privilege and joy to help others step into the fullness of what the Lord has in store for them. He and his wife have two wildly playful and energetic kids who make their days full of fun and exhaustion and love. Whenever he can, you’ll find Kevin tending to his gardens and pushing the limits of how many plants he can fit there. If he isn’t outside, you’ll likely find him either singing at the piano, cooking something good to eat, or enjoying a family movie night.
