Rev. William Turner is the Senior Pastor of Union Baptist Temple in Bridgeton, New Jersey, where he has served since January 2024. Prior to becoming Senior Pastor, he served as Executive Pastor, providing leadership in church administration, discipleship, and community engagement.

Before entering pastoral ministry full-time, Rev. Turner dedicated more than 20 years to public education, serving as both a teacher and school administrator. His background in educational leadership, organizational management, and financial stewardship continues to inform his approach to ministry and leadership.

Rev. Turner is a student at Palmer Theological Seminary and currently serves as Treasurer for the Palmer Seminary Student Association. He is passionate about cultivating healthy churches through biblical preaching, faithful stewardship, leadership development, and community partnerships.

Rev. Turner is committed to helping individuals and congregations grow in spiritual maturity while equipping leaders to serve with integrity, excellence, and compassion.
