Schedules and Deadlines

The schedules for the first two of the six modules that comprise MTS OpenseminaryTM, a blended online degree program leading to a Master of Theological Studies degree, are as follows:


Theologia (Doing Theology in Context)

  • Begins February 20, 2012
  • Residency week is the week of May 13
  • Last week is the week of July 9, 2012

Koinonia (Building and Leading Community)

  • Begins August 20, 2012
  • Residency week is November 12-16, 2012
  • Last week is the week of January 21, 2013
Please note that the six modules that comprise the Openseminary program may be taken in any order. For those who want to begin on February 20, 2012, the application deadline is January 20, 2012, however you are encouraged to apply as soon as possible. The application deadline is June 30 for those who want to begin the program on July 30 of 2012.
