PTS Alum Named VP for BWA
January 03, 2011 -Joel Sierra-Cavazos who graduated from the Seminary with an M.Div. in 1989 and a D.Min. in 2009 has been named to serve the worldwide Baptist organization Baptist World Alliance as a Vice-President. Joel is native of Mexico, where he still lives and resides. The appointment was made at last year's Baptist World Congress, held in Hawaii. The period for the appointment is five years--until the next Congress, scheduled to meet in South Africa in 2015.
