I find teaching to be extraordinarily fulfilling because I love to learn. Sharing knowledge in the fellowship of other Christians who love Christ's Church is especially rewarding. I am most energized in those moments when I see and hear students making living connections between theological ideas and the way we live and serve in the name of Christ.

Dr. Donald Brash has extensive experience in pastoral ministry. He has served as associate pastor at First Baptist Church, Cranford-Elizabeth (Elizabeth, NJ) and as pastor at Hamilton Square Baptist Church (Hamilton, NJ) and First Baptist Church in Browns Mill, NJ. He has also served as a youth director in both Baptist and Presbyterian church contexts. He is a recipient of the American Baptist Churches of New Jersey's Executive Minister's Award for Excellence in Ministry.

Don is in the process of writing two books: How Firm a Foundation? The Bible as Revelation and Guidelines for Ministries of Accountability. He is a member of the American Academy of Religion.
