Facility Rentals Information



Palmer Seminary frequently makes its space available for rent by organizations and individuals both within and outside the Eastern University/Palmer Seminary family.  The Seminary’s chapel is a popular choice for weddings, and its dining room has been home to many a banquet.

In addition to the chapel and dining room, the Seminary rents its space for various other activities, including church services, workshops, seminars, and business meetings. The Koinonia Kafe (atrium) is a popular location for smaller gatherings (under 50 people) such as bridal and baby showers. Some of our classrooms are well equipped with the technology needed to support such things as Power Point and video presentations.

It’s highly recommended that individuals or organizations interested in renting space at the Seminary make arrangements as early as possible, as we can’t guarantee that the appropriate space will be available.

Rental prices, most of which are based on a four-hour rental period, are as follows:

  • Koinonia Kafe
  • Classrooms
  • Chapel
$1,000 (71-150 guests)
$500 (70 or fewer)
$300 (50 or fewer)
$100-$350 (depending on size)
$1,000 (can vary significantly based on the specifics of the event)


Note: Discounts of 10 to 20 percent are available to members of Palmer’s immediate or extended community.
