In addition to the information provided in the Student Handbook, below is a brief explanation of how you will be billed, when payment is expected and how scholarships would be posted to your account.

1. Tuition Rates: West Virginia students pay $426 per unit, or $852 for a two unit course. This rate is for the FY 07-08 school year. Rates are subject to change annually, upon approval by the Board of Governors.

3. Payments and Scholarships: West Virginia students are eligible for two scholarships, The Bowen Charitable Trust and West Virginia Baptist Education Society. If you have been authorization to receive a scholarship, a credit is posted to your account for the amount you are expected to receive as scholarship. You are responsible for paying the balance on your invoice before you begin pre-work for your course. Mail checks to the Business Office. Credit card payments are accepted over the phone.

If you need assistance in understanding your student account (bill), please call the Business Office at (610) 645-9327 between 9 am and 4 pm Monday to Friday.
