Certificate Programs

ESCM certificates provide an excellent educational option for lay leaders who wish to hone their skills in their areas of leadership or enhance their knowledge generally. To receive a certificate, students must successfully complete nine (9) courses, for a minimum of 135 hours of class work. ESCM certificates typically are completed in a year, though students may spread them out over two years if they wish.

ESCM offers six certificates: Biblical Studies, Christian Leadership, Christian Studies, Para-Chaplaincy, Diploma Pastoral Studies, Biblical and Theological Studies

All ESCM courses--whether taken over the internet, at our Wynnewood campus or at any ESCM extension site--are taught to the same standards and are applicable to any ESCM certificate or diploma. Students may take classes at any location.
